  2. I haven´t tried yoga, but i would like to practise it after the day.
    I do a lot of the things during the day. So, i feel very tired in the evening. In addition, I have to sit for long periods of the day and i think, it would be useful for me, because in my opinion, yoga increases flexibility and decreases chance of injury.

    I haven't tried yoga,but I think it is a good idea. I know that it is useful for body and makes you relax.Also if you have problem of weight it is a good.My friend did yoga and lost weight. I think that,if you are busy and in the evening you are very tired yoga is the best in this time.
    I would like to practise it .

    I haven't tried yoga yet,but I'm charmed because of yoga's opportunities.I think,yoga is best way for relaxing. I want to tell you that the psychologists can solve only spiritual problems,the trainers can solve only physical ones,but yoga can solve both problems.I really prefer yoga.

  5. One part of time I have done yoga. I was 14-15 year old. It's the perfect way to stressed out. I have made it on the evening and go to bed calmly and tranquility. I have not done yoga since my 16 age. Sometimes I think do yoga but I really have afforded the time to do this. I am going to keep with yoga , but do not know when it will happen.

  6. Hi all,
    I have never tried yoga,but I heard many about it. I think that yoga is one of the best way for relax and for health.As I know, people who do yoga, live for a long time and are strong. I also know about it's spiritual side,old people who do it regularly can raise from the land .I don't know exactly,may be it is not true but it was written in yoga's book.Unfortunately,I can't do such kind of things, I have no time for it and also I prefer running or other kind of sport.

    I have never tried yoga,but i like it very much. I think it's not for me :))) there are a lot of difficult movemant in yoga and i wil find it difficult to do it.I'm sure that people who do yoga are very healthy,it helps them to improve their blood circulation and also it makes people to feel relaxed and keep good mood.

    I've never tryed yoga, but i've heared a lot !
    Yoga is very old,and it means to unite the mind, body, and spirit.Yoga includes physical exercises.There're many different types of yoga.It can improve flexibility, strength, balance.
    I think it's very usefull type of activity and I'll start it with great pleasure!

  9. I have never tried yoga, but I would like to try it even several times.
    It is spiritual exercise which lasts for 90 minutes. The person who is doing yoga can de-stress his mind by removing all sorts of clutter from his mind.So, we can say that it brings mental and spiritual benefits. After yoga people feel relaxed. Yoga is a good way to get relaxation.

  10. Well I have never tried Yoga but I had heard many things about it it's very healthy. also I had heard that in China there are some special yoga lessons which are very necessary for our spirit cause it keep's it very calm. It might be interesting
